Dr. Denton Santarelli
Dr. Denton Santarelli is an advocate for inspiring learning and building educational communities. As an educational consultant to LearnerLink, he advises organizational strategy and drives innovations for LearnerLink’s community of educators and students.
Well-known for his contributions to public education and school improvement, Dr. Santarelli served the Peoria Unified School District for more than 35 years as a teacher, assistant principal, principal, K-12 administrator, assistant superintendent, deputy superintendent and retired from the district after more than ten years as superintendent.
Honored with distinguished accolades for his work to promote the social, emotional, physical and academic growth of all students, Dr. Santarelli was named 2014 American Association of School Administrators (AASA) Arizona Superintendent of the Year Award, 2013 Arizona School Administrators’ (ASA) Raymond Sterling Kellis Leadership Award, 2012 Superintendent of the Year for Large Districts in Arizona, as well as the 2012 AdvancED Superintendent of the Year Award. He earned his Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Nova Southeastern University, and Master of Arts and Bachelor of Arts degrees from Northern Arizona University.
Robert Keagle, MA
As LearnerLink’s Director, Robert Keagle is a champion for new learning models. With more than 30 years of education and business experience, Mr. Keagle is dedicated to empowering educators and students while tapping into a business mindset to active systematic innovation in tutoring and mentoring.
Mr. Keagle began his educational career in the classroom as a teacher and continued to grow into several leadership positions including a principal and district-level administrator supervising two high schools, one alternative high school, an online virtual high school, and eight elementary schools in the Peoria Unified School District. He has extensive knowledge in mobilizing educational leaders to develop leadership skills critical to the job of an administrator.
He also has experience in business management to engage and transform educational operations. Through district strategic planning including goal-setting, data analysis and staff development, Mr. Keagle has been responsible for implementing solutions and motivating teachers and faculty. He holds Arizona certificates in administration and teaching as well as AVID District Director and McREL Trainer certifications. Mr. Keagle earned his Master of Arts degree in Educational Administration from Northern Arizona University and holds a bachelor’s degree in elementary education from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
